Venue Hire Prices

FACILITIES ONLY

• $800/day for a weekend
• $600/day for mid-week
• This includes the use of all facilities.

SELF-CATERED ACCOMMODATION

• From base rate of $960/night for up to 8 people. Additional people (up to 13) is $110pp/pn, a reduced rate of $95pp/pn is applicable for numbers exceeding 13 (up to 34 people). For example, total cost per night for 34 people would be $3505. No cost for babies aged 0-2yrs.
• This includes 9 rooms, all with their own ensuite, made up of 6 queen beds, 10 bunks, and 2 singles.
• Self Contained Cottage: $180/night for up to 2 people + $10/night per extra person (does not include any of the group accommodation facilities). This cabin is not suitable for young children. If booked in conjunction with the group accommodation then it is $110pp/pn (up to 4 people).
• Midweek discounts available upon application.

WEDDINGS

• Our basic wedding packages start from $7000, including 2-nights stay with use of all facilities and accommodation.
• Discounted midweek rate of $2800/night.

Booking Requirements:

Cancellation Policy:

For cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival, your total deposit will be charge as the cancellation fee. For cancellations outside 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of your deposit will be charged as the cancellation fee. If you re-book then the deposit can be transferred in full once only.
